Stay Connected with Lao Rugby

The Lao Rugby Federation is keen to secure the visit of more international teams to the Lao PDR.  There are a number of reasons for this:

1. •To provide your club with a unique touring experience
   

2. •To provide local players with increased opportunities to develop their skills
   

3. •To develop mutually beneficial links with clubs and unions around the world
   

4. •To provide increased exposure for the Federation
   

A tour to the Lao PDR would not only provide you with the chance to visit this beautiful country, it will provide you with the opportunity to help the sport grow at the grassroots level and to provide a platform for local players to improve.  In addition, should your club be interested, there are also opportunities to pass on your knowledge to local development officers through the LRF school and community rugby projects and we encourage visiting teams to get involved with these activities.

The LRF also hosts (with domestic clubs) the Vientiane International Tens, which also provides a great opportunity to visit the Lao PDR and to get into the local rugby scene.  The LRF also has a number of key sponsors that can assist you with securing accommodation and help you with planning your tour, should you require.
