From Nam Phou, head against the traffic on the one way road past Khop Chai Deu (right) and JOMA (left). About 100 metres up the road on the right hand side on the corner of a 4 way junction is a coffee shop (True Coffee). Next door to True Coffee is a small French restaurant. To the left of the entrance is a doorway leading to some stairs; the LRF is located on the first floor in the left-hand office.
