The Lao Rugby Federation is proud of our developments at the elite level.  With a small, but growing, player base and limited resources, national teams under the federation have become increasingly competitive on the international stage.  At present, the LRF currently fields:

The flagship competition for the LRF is the HSBC Asian 5 Nations competition, which encompasses all Asian unions fielding men’s fifteens teams.  For more information on this important competition, please click here.
